From Sandy

I'm coming to you from the future. Your future.

I'm Sandy Haas. I spent thirty-five years in financial services, most of it on trading floors. Along the way I realized how many life skills I had to learn the hard way.

Money, relationships, habits, negotiation, how you communicate. Get these right early and you change the trajectory of your whole life.

Most of us learn the hard way. Good decisions come from experience, and experience comes from making bad decisions. The most useful things in a life are rarely taught. They get passed across a table and a generation.

Stack the deck instead. Borrow the odds from women who've already been where you're headed.

That's why I started Content Club.

How it works

An intimate table and real conversation

Personal and professional success requires a life skill set you aren't born with. You learn it over time. Each Content Club dinner seats a handful of women early in their careers with a WOW who has already made the decisions you're about to make. We talk about what actually moves a life. One night, how to negotiate an offer without leaving money on the table; another, how to choose a life partner with your eyes wide open.

Your WOW will tell you the truth, including the hands she badly misplayed. This isn't a class. It's a group discussion where we learn together, and the connections you make with the other women at your table matter as much as the ones you make with the WOWs.

The Founders Class

Three dinners. One table. That's it.

Built on a successful two-year pilot in New York, the Founders Class opens tables in New York, Austin, and Salt Lake City. Each table seats a maximum of ten women, and you'll sit with the same group at all three dinners. Between dinners, plan on about 45 minutes of prep a week: reading a book, listening to a podcast, or watching a TED Talk.

The room
The part I can't put on paper is everything: the room. You don't leave with notes. You leave with women who pick up the phone for you for the next twenty years.

Better decisions, and the people who help you make them.

Who it's for

You'll fit right in if

  • You're in the first ten years of your career, in any field.
  • You want mentorship, connection, and community, and you're willing to give as much as you take.
  • You can commit to all three dinners. The group builds over time, and an empty seat is felt.
Applications open

Apply for the Founders Class

It's application-only and the tables are small. That's what makes them work. Applying takes about five minutes, and we review on a rolling basis, so the sooner you raise your hand, the better your odds of a seat in your city.

If a woman you admire comes to mind as you read this, nominate her with the same form. The best rooms are built by referral.

I'm here to

Every woman in our pilot said the same thing afterward: she'd tell her friends to join. That's the only metric I care about. It's fun, it's exciting, and it might even be life-changing.

See you at the table.

With love, Sandy Haas, founder
